30 kinds of Japanese and Western food buffet to choose from

The buffet of 30 different items, including freshly cooked rice and a wide variety of ingredients, will ensure you wake up feeling energized in the morning.

This local dish originated in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, and is a dish similar to ochazuke, in which ingredients such as chicken, shredded egg, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and pickled papaya are served on top of rice, and then topped with hot chicken broth. It has a light taste and can be easily eaten even when you don't have much of an appetite in the heat of summer.

Kagoshima local dish [Pickled silver-stripe round herring]

Kagoshima Prefecture's nanbanzuke silver-striped herring is a popular local dish, and is particularly notable for being edible, even the bones. It is made by pickling fried silver-striped herring in sweet vinegar, and has a refreshing taste.
