Squid shumai originated in Yobuko Town, Saga Prefecture, and is made primarily from minced squid and Alaska pollock, as well as onions.
It has a fluffy texture that spreads throughout your mouth, and a firm, chewy texture.

We also offer classic sausages and bacon.
