You can choose from two monthly menus. Japanese set meal (including side dishes, miso soup, and free drink)
We have combined eel glazed in sauce with cucumber seasoned with Japanese pepper (sansho), finishing the dish with the aromatic accents of shredded myoga ginger and seaweed. Enjoy it as-is, or pour chilled dashi broth over it to your liking.
We have topped bonito flakes with aromatic domestic wasabi and paired them with Shizuoka’s famous sakura shrimp and seasonal vegetables.
Please enjoy by pouring dashi broth over the dish to your liking.
