The cleaning method for consecutive nights will change.

Guests staying for consecutive nights, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put the "Make Up" card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.

Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygiene purposes, regardless of whether there is a "Make Up" card or not outside of your door.

-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated. Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?
