We offer a free airport shuttle service to and from Narita airport. Our shuttle service is convenient even for the early morning flight. Please note that the bus seat is limited.

Hotel guests are able to use the shuttle without a reservation. It is a first-come and first-served basis. If the seat is not available, you may take a train or taxi instead by yourself.

-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?
Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.
Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?
A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink.
Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.
-Is there a safety box in the room?
No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.
-How often are the rooms cleaned?
Considering the environment, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put “Make Up” card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m. Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygienic reasons.
