［Notice Regarding Air Conditioning Shutdown and Disassembly Cleaning for Guest Rooms and Common Areas］

We will be carrying out disassembly cleaning of the air conditioning units in guest rooms and common areas on Floors 17 through 15, which will involve a shutdown of the air conditioning system, on the following dates.

Dates of Work: December 16, 17, 18, 19

Working Hours: from 10:00 to 15:00

During the work, the air conditioning will be unavailable on the floors where work is being performed (floors 17 through 15), including within guest rooms. Additionally, for guests staying in affected rooms, our staff will enter the room after providing prior individual notice to perform the air conditioning cleaning work.

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink.

Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?

Considering the environment, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put “Make Up” card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.

Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygienic reasons.
