- Is the air conditioning in the rooms adjustable?
The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the temperature cannot be adjusted.
Switching between cooling and heating depends on the season and outside temperature.

We will provide you with a bottle of drinking water as a welcome drink on the day of arrival. Please note that this is only provided on the first day.
- Is there a safety deposit box in the room?
No, we do not. However, luggage placed in a safety bag can be checked at the front desk.
- How often are the rooms cleaned?
For environmental reasons, we will not clean your room unless you leave a “make-up” card outside your door by 9:00 am. Also, for hygiene reasons, rooms will be cleaned every 3 days.
