-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated. Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?

Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens. Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days.

① At our buffet, each menu item displays a reference list of 12 ingredients, including seven specific allergens (shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts) (plus beef, pork, chicken, sake, and soy).

② Because all meals served at our restaurant are prepared in the same kitchen using the same cooking utensils, there is a possibility that allergens may become mixed in during the cooking process.

Allergens may also remain during the dishwashing process.
