■About Air Conditioning
The air conditioning in the rooms is centrally controlled throughout the entire building.
Please note that we cannot switch between air conditioning and heating for each room.
【Information on consecutive night cleaning for guests staying two or more nights】
From February 1, 2024, in order to manage the hotel in an environmentally friendly way, the cleaning service for consecutive nights will be available only if you request it.
If you request a cleaning service, please place a "cleaning request" magnet on the outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.
※Please note that we do not change bedding and sheets.
For sanitary reasons, we clean the room every three nights, including changing the sheets, even if you do not present a "cleaning request tag".

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.
Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.
For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?
Spring water is prepared as a welcome drink at the lobby.
Please feel free to take them with you upon your arrival (1 for each guest).
-Is there a safety box in the room?
No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.
-How often are the rooms cleaned?
Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens.
Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days.
