Q. Does the window in the guest room open?
A. Windows in some rooms are able to open a little, while ones in another rooms are not able to open due to the consideration for neighboring residents or compliance with Fire Service Law.
If you have any requests for the rooms, please tell us in advance. We will respond your request as much as possible. However, depending on the usage of the rooms, we may not be able to accomodate the request. We appreciate your kind understanding beforehand.
Q. Is the air conditioning adjustable in the guest room?
A. Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.
Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

Q. Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?
A. A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.
