Spring water from Mount Fuji is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens. Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days. For further information, please refer to the information on the hotel room doors.

A Japanese and Western buffet featuring approximately 30 items, including Japanese cuisine made with Niigata Prefecture ingredients and Western dishes such as breads made with 10 varieties of Italian wheat.

Enjoy our Japanese and Western buffet while savoring the aroma of freshly cooked Uonuma Koshihikari rice.

Our Western-style breakfast features two authentic pasta dishes (Napolitan + daily special), coarse-ground sausage, scrambled eggs, freshly baked French toast, and croissants. For self-cooking, enjoy local free-range eggs served raw over rice or as fried eggs, along with light soy sauce ramen. The salad buffet offers six varieties for generous servings, plus fruit cocktail, yogurt, and mini cakes. Enjoy our aromatic freshly ground coffee.

Our rice is Koshihikari from Uonuma, cooked in a large kettle. Our Japanese dishes include over 15 types of side dishes such as brown rice, hegi soba noodles, thick omelet with dashi broth, meat and potato stew, and boiled rapeseed greens, along with a wide selection of rice accompaniments like flaked salmon.

We offer freshly milled Uonuma-grown Koshihikari rice cooked in-store, along with a buffet featuring over 40 Japanese and Western dishes made with Niigata Prefecture ingredients.

We offer a variety of Niigata specialties to accompany your delicious Uonuma Koshihikari rice. Enjoy a Niigata-style breakfast featuring freshly made tofu and daily-changing obanzai dishes.

We offer Niigata's local specialty, tare katsu, as well as Nanban shrimp and Tochio fried tofu.

We mill rice on-site and serve freshly cooked Uonuma Koshihikari rice from our pot every 30 minutes starting at 6:30 PM. *Please note that freshly cooked rice is available until 10:00 AM.
