Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannnot be regulated.
Switing between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

Spring water from Mount Fuji is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink.
Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.
-Is there a safety box in the room?
No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.
-How often are the rooms cleaned?
Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens.
Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days.
