-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?

Considering the environment, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put “Make Up” card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m. Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygienic reasons. For further information, please refer to the information inside of the door.
