～Welcome to APA hotel TKPNIPPORI Ekimae～

【Information for Welcome Water】

On the day of arrival, we will provide a natural spring water in the guest room as a welcome drink,

for the number of people according to the room type.

The water will not be provided after the second day of the stay.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

【APA Eco-Friendly Cleaning Service 】

We are aiming to be an Eco-Friendly hotel therefore, for guests who are staying for 2 days or more,

we will clean the room only when the cleaning sign is put outside of the door.

If you would like your room to be cleaned, please put the magnet sign outside of your door before 9:00 am.

※We will not change the bed sheets or pillowcases however, for hygiene purposes, we will change the bed sheets every 3 days of your stay

regardless of the sign being put or not.

【Regarding to Air-condition facility in guest rooms】

●Air-conditioning is centralized, and part of the functions are restricted.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

【Fee-based services】

●Yamato Transport inside JAPAN 【cash on delivery and prepayment is available 】　

・Luggage sending to airports is also available with an extra charge (prepayment only).

（2extra days is necessary in between shipping and delivery day.

For example, If the flight is on 1st of April, then the luggage must be sent by 29th of March）

(Please note that due to sanitary reasons refrigerated, or frozen products cannot be shipped.)

Parking space provided on first-come-first-served basis。

・Multistory mechanical parking lot：6lots 3,000yen per night.

（Height limit for upper section is below2.1M、middle and lower section is below1.55m）

・Flat parking lots：2Lots　3,500yen per night.

Before check-in or after check-out will be charged 300yen per hour.

【NOTES】

●Spring water is served in every guest room on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink.

●Luggage-storage is available on the day of your check-in/check-out.

■ ①At JR Nippori Station North gate, take the East exit and down the escalator

■ ③Keep going straight with the Fire station on your right-hand side

■ ④Cross the two crossings. (The stairs next to Gust will take you to the South exit (no escalator, elevator))

■ ⑤Having Family Mart on the right-hand side, continue going straight

■ ⑥Continue to go straight past the Pachinko store and the entrance will be on the right
