Due to the location of our facility, which is directly exposed to strong winds from the sea and building wind currents, you may occasionally hear slight creaking noises, wind whistling around the window frames, or feel some shaking in your room during strong winds.

This is a normal occurrence in high-rise buildings designed with flexible structures and is nothing to be concerned about, so please rest assured and enjoy your stay.

Additionally, we have earplugs available at the front desk for your convenience—please feel free to take some.

※We will not change the bed sheets or pillowcases however, for hygiene purposes, we will change the bed sheets every 3 days of your stay

regardless of the sign being put or not.
