-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink.

Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?

At our hotel, room cleaning for guests staying two nights or more is only available upon request.

If you would like your room cleaned, please place a "cleaning request sign" magnet on the outside of your door by 9am. Please note that sheets and other bedding will not be changed.

Also, from a hygienic perspective, we will always clean your room, including changing sheets, every three nights, even if you do not have a "cleaning request sign."
