[Information for consecutive night cleaning to those who stay for 2 nights or more]

If you wish to clean, please put the magnet of the "cleaning desired tag" outside the door by 9 am.

* Bedding such as sheets will not be replaced.

In addition, cleaning, including the sheets replacement every 3 nights from the viewpoint of hygiene, will be carried out even if there is no posting of the "Cleaning Wanted Tag".

[About the relocation of the Jotetsu bus boarding ground due to the closure of Sapporo Station bus terminal]

The Sapporo Station Bus Terminal will be closed due to the city redevelopment project for the opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen Sapporo Line, and will operate on the temporary bus boarding place between October 1, 2023 (scheduled for 2028). The platform of the Jotetsu bus 'Rapid 7' and 'Rapid 8' in the hotel area will be changed from the conventional terminal '12th' platform to '26' installed on the street.

We will inform you when visiting by bus from Sapporo Station.

* There is no change in the entry and exit for buses from Subway Makomanai Station.
