-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?
Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.
Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.
-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?
A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.
-How often are the rooms cleaned?
Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens. Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days. For further information, please refer to the information on the hotel room doors.
-Are there microwave in the hotel for common usage?
Microwave is located on the 1st floor(Lobby). You may use it for free.
-Are there vending machines in the hotel?
Vending machine are located on the 1st and 3rd floor.
-Are there ice machines in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not have ice machines. However, ice is sold in ice pails for 100 yen at the front desk.
-Is there a laundromat in the hotel?
Coin-operated washing machine are available on the basement floor.

Dryer: 100 yen/ per 20 min.
-Do you have a laundry service?
Dry cleaning and clothes-pressing service are available for all guests. Please fill out the laundry ticket (placed inside the drawer) and bring it to the front desk.

-Can I make a copy or send the fax?
Both copy and fax service are available at the reception.

Mailing slips are inside the drawer (for both prepaid and cash-on delivery). You can also purchase packing materials at the front desk when needed.
-I will come back late at night. Will the hotel entrance be locked?
