Partial revision of guestroom fittings and services

From 1 April 2022, some of the room fittings and services will be revised.

Start of welcome water

Start of welcome water On the day of arrival, we will provide the number of people in your room with a bottle of welcome water.

The water is soft, easy to drink and has a mild taste.

Changes to room fittings and cleaning for consecutive nights

Amenities using plastic products such as toothbrushes and leather will be gradually replaced with environmentally friendly materials.

In addition, some of the amenities provided to guests who have requested no-cleaning will be changed.

In line with these changes, the provision of mineral water, which used to be given to guests at the time of cleaning for consecutive nights, will be discontinued.

[About the room key]

Room keys have been refurbished. The room key has been changed from a cylinder key to a card key.

The key is now contactless and can be unlocked simply by holding the card over the keypad.

When you go out, you do not need to leave your key with us and can take it with you. The key can also be left at the front desk.
