【Notice of Building-Wide Power Outage】

Due to mandatory equipment inspections, the entire building will experience a power outage for several hours between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Monday, January 12, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Regarding Building Air Conditioning】

The air conditioning in guest rooms is centrally managed throughout the entire building.

Individual room temperature adjustments for cooling or heating are not possible.

The current building-wide air conditioning setting is set to heating.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Parking Information】

The hotel grounds feature parking for 30 vehicles.

Reservations are not accepted; parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is ¥600 per night (tax included).

If the parking lot is full, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.

【Regarding Taxi Use】

The number of taxis available from nearby companies has decreased, resulting in increased instances where reservations cannot be secured.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, when arranging a reservation, a pickup fee of ¥1,000 to ¥1,500 (tax included) and a time-specification charge apply. (Fees vary by taxi company)

Depending on circumstances, using taxi apps may sometimes be more effective for securing a ride, so please consider this option.

Within a 3-minute walk of the hotel, you'll find a large shopping center, convenience stores, and several drugstores.

Additionally, within a 15-minute walk, there are large electronics stores and public bath facilities featuring saunas.

These are convenient for purchasing last-minute essentials or taking a quick break.

【For Guests Staying Multiple Nights】

Our hotel does not perform daily room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights.

We conduct cleaning, including linen replacement, every three nights.

If you wish to have your room cleaned on other days, please place the cleaning request magnet provided on your door on the outside of the door by 9:00 AM.

Open 6:30 AM! We serve a daily [Teishoku] (Japanese set meal), not a buffet. Your main dish is served to you, and you can help yourself to rice, drinks, and our very popular curry.

Main dishes will be brought by our staff.

Parking lot

The APA Hotel Sagamihara Kobuchi front of the station, there is a spacious flat parking lot. Ordinary car night one per, we have received a parking fee of 600 yen (including tax). In the case of use, please let us know on the front. It does not fit in a normal car, in the case of available trucks and buses will be required prior notice.
