In order to operate our hotel in an environmentally friendly manner, we will clean the room only if you wish to do so during consecutive nights.

If you wish to have your room cleaned, please place a “Cleaning Request Tag” magnet on the outside of your door by 9:00 a.m. Please note that we do not change bedding such as sheets.

For hygiene reasons, we will clean the room every three nights, including changing the sheets, even if there is no “Cleaning Request Tag” posted.

◆Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

Spring water is prepared as a welcome drink in your room. (1 for each guest).

◆Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

◆How often are the rooms cleaned?

Considering the environment, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put “Make Up” card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m. Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygienic reasons. For further information, please refer to the information inside of the door.
