[Information for guests staying two or more nights regarding cleaning for consecutive nights]
From September 1, 2023, in order to operate our hotel in an environmentally friendly manner, we will only clean the rooms for consecutive nights if you wish to do so.
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please place a "Cleaning Request Tag" magnet on the outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.
Please note that we do not change bedding such as sheets.
For hygiene reasons, we will clean the room every three nights, including changing the sheets, even if there is no "Cleaning Request Tag" posted.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

Considering the environment, daily cleaning will be done by using the same bed linens.
Besides, for hygienic reasons, bed linens will be changed once every three days.
