If you come to Nagoya, you have to try it! We offer “Hitsumabushi” which is delicious from the sauce.
Nagoya's noodles are flat “Kishimen”! Please dip it in soup stock and enjoy.
"Dote-ni" is the best way to taste miso! It is also excellent on kushikatsu and fried shrimp.
We serve fresh shirasu caught at Aichi Toyohama Fishing Port. In addition to the shirasu, we offer cut nori, sesame seeds, sushi vinegar jelly, soy sauce, and broth.
We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and last entry is at 9:30 a.m. Please come with plenty of time to spare.
