Thank you for your continued patronage of APA Hotel Akita Senshu Koen.

We have made every effort to reduce costs and expenses in order to maintain the prices we offer, but due to the continuous rise in raw material prices, it has become difficult to maintain the prices we offer.

We would like to reassure our guests who have already made a reservation for a plan including breakfast by February 28, 2025, that the price will be the same as the plan price at the time of reservation (no price change).

-Is the air conditioning adjustable in the room?

Air-Conditioning is centralized and temperature cannot be regulated.

Switching between cooling and heating depends on season and outside temperature.

For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

-Do you serve a welcome drink after check-in?

A bottle of water is served on the day of your arrival as a welcome drink. Please understand that we only serve them on the first day.

-Is there a safety box in the room?

No. However, we can keep your belongings at the front desk within the safety bag.

-How often are the rooms cleaned?

Guests staying for consecutive nights, we do not enter your room for cleaning unless you put the "Make Up" card outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.

Besides, the room will be cleaned once every three days for hygiene purposes, regardless of whether there is a "Make Up" card or not outside of your door.
